Who? Quina? Oh, he's a whole class of his own. He's a unique blue mage in that, to gain enemy powers, he eats them. ALL OF THEM. Vivi and he are easily my favorite characters from any FF.

Loses a few points for Final Fantasy after Square lost the soft, but gains a few for being the best Final Fantasy.

It's from Girl Genius. That man heard that they have what's needed to ring a special bell, which he thinks will get him treasure, and he ends up hitting a lady there while trying to steal it. That Jaegermonster doesn't take kindly to anyone abusing her girls, so she decides to teach him a lesson.

I don't quite see the appeal of an ongoing story webcomic but that's more because I'm lazy.

It's really been going on for way too long; I think I might have ranted about it in the Chit-Chat thread. I was fine with it because I thought it was coming to a close once Agatha regained the castle, but now she was kidnapped and I think it's been extended quite a bit. I just want it to be done and released in book format; it's been too many years.
