I've been wondering if this would be worthy enough to be put on the site.
In the ending of the Arcade, Sega CD and Game Boy Advance versions of Final Fight, Guy attacks Cody and knocks him down after Jessica calls Cody's name.
While at first it was thought that Guy attacked Cody because he was jealous that Cody got the girl in the end, what actually happened is that Guy was surprised and annoyed at Cody rudely ignoring Jessica (The whole point of their quest was to rescue her so he could at least talk to her afterward.) and knocked him down to give Jessica a chance to catch up. Furthermore, Guy already has a girlfriend of his own and in the intro he didn't know who Jessica was at first.
