Early E3 footage of F-Zero GX shows a track that did not make it in the final cut:
If one takes a very close look at this first track, it seems to be a copy of an F-Zero X track, Silence.
Note the similar turn of the track, similar placement of boost pads and tunnel. In fact, only one boost pad seems to be out of place.
This may have been cut for more difficult courses, or perhaps it was simply for early testing of the game.
