Alternativa appears to feature artwork referencing various stories which are set in Dystopian futures, much like the game itself.
Opposite the door to Professor Oleg Ramidovič Petrenko's apartment, there is a poster of what appears to be the book cover artwork of A Clockwork Orange, the version by David Pelham from the 1972 edition (see attached image below).

What's different about the version in Alternativa are the colors. Unlike the book art which depicts Alex's attire as blue and green, here it's orange and white, plus his shirt is missing the V-neck collar.
