LoZ: Oracle of Seasons.

Still have it. And the GBC (Sky Blue) i finished it on. It lacks a battery cover, however.
The Tick for the SNES.
Not sure to be honest, it was most likely Pokémon Gold though.
For years I keep thinking it was Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time (since most of the time cheated on a game due to poor skill, that game was one of the exceptions at the time) but now I actually wonder if that was the first game that I completed...

It could have been Super Mario Land 2, it could have been Cruis'n USA in the arcade or something completely else.
Pokémon Ruby. Although I did use the level 70 Latias and Ho-oh I got from the 10th Anniversary tour, which have now fallen into the abyss :(
I still remember beating the original Ape Escape for PS1. I was around five years old when I completed it. Still one of my favorite games to this date. Bought the remake Ape Escape: On The Loose for PSP first day it came out.
I think it was Mario Kart: Double Dash, or Super Smash Bros. Melee. If not it was something on the Gamecube.
Final Fantasy 8. :)
I think it may have been Raptor.
The last one I can actually remember the name is like Link's Awakening or SSX. There was alot of games I played when I was younger that I had no idea what the name was so its hard to actually tell.
I think it was either Donkey Kong Land or Super Mario Land, both for the Gameboy. My memory from early childhood isn't all too good, but I at least remember always playing those two, since they were my first two games.
The first game I completed was Super Mario Land for GameBoy, three times in a row on a single gameplay!
Can't remember, but I'm sure it's Kirby Super Star for the SNES
The first game I ever 100% completed was Spyro: Gateway to glimmer. I used to love that game so much and made it my mission to beat it completely. The moment my save said 100% next to it, I just kinda sat there for a moment, happy but sad that I had no reason to play it anymore. So I went and got the first Spyro game with my pocket money and that started my video game obsession. Well, that and Pokemon. :3
