I would appreciate it if you guys gave me a warning before I cancel my submissions. It would be very helpful for me, since my mouse has a mind of its own.
But please consider.
Kinda like how some games give a note saying "Do you really want to leave the game?" after you click the button to quit? Not a bad idea.
There is supposed to be a confirmation prompt already... I'll look into it.
The site should now prompt you to confirm cancellations of pending trivia. Next time some one does so, please let me know if it worked.
Tested it twice, didn't notify me before deleting it. Weird.
I'm not sure if it's actually not working it if your browser is just using a cached version of the script. I'll look into it but in the mean time, try CTRL + F5ing (Windows) a couple of times before trying it again if you have others to cancel.
Also, the prompt requires JavaScript so it won't work if you have it disabled and AdBlock has also been known to interfere with some site functions.
Edit:
Just tested and it seems to work fine for me so I imagine either JavaScript of AdBlock is your problem.
I do have JavaScript enabled and I once did have adblock, but I have since un-installed it. I may still have some leftovers from it though.
Alright, gonna try CNTRL + F5 now.
Edit: Nope. Today is just not my day.
Edit 2: Did it three times, nothing worked. Perhaps its those Adblock Leftovers?
What browser do you use, and what version?
Can someone else please test and confirm? Feel free to submit a test piece if you don't have anything pending or have nothing you want to cancel.

Just did. No warning, apparently.
This is strange. Everything I'm seeing says that this should be working so I honestly have no idea what's going on. I'll need to actually test it with a non admin account.

I'm glad it wasn't just me.
This is exactly what happens when you cancel a trivia.
Thanks for the video. It certainly helps to see exactly what you're seeing, though I was afraid that's what was happening. I may have figured out what's wrong though so someone please CTRL + F5 a couple of times, try again, and let me know!
Also, while not the problem here, do be aware that AdBlock interferes with other aspects of this site occasionally. For instance, you're not seeing the pretty banners at the top of each game page (just a big, ugly, empty space).
