So... I know I keep flooding this thread... But the final sign-ups for AGDQ 2015 is coming up, and we need video proof of any speedrun we sign up for as part of the review process. I'm going to submit 4 games (you can submit up to 5), so I'm in last ditch attempts to record and upload. My last one will just be a 7 minute thing, but my last large run is all of the Platforming challenges in Trackmania: Build To Race. Here's hoping that my Hot Wheels Turbo Racing, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Trackmania or other mystery game are accepted.

That's alright with me. All of your stuff in here is extremely cool.
Hey guess what someone who isn't a dolphin made a video for once!
I'm starting a Nuzlocke run of a fan-made Pokemon game, feel free to check it out.

Wait that wasn't shilly enough... crap.

This video has been shown to diminish potential signs of lung cancer!
I have my Youtube channel to promote:

I post random stuff there.

I also write blogs over at Screwattack, but most of them are shitty.
Episode 2 of my Nuzlocke challenge is up, getting pretty god damn intense for anime caterpillars tackling eachother.

4:01. Arjahn, you made my day again.
So, tommorow at 7:20 PM, I'll be speedrunning Hot Wheels Turbo Racing as part of a marathon to raise money for the Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. Then, at 5:50 PM Sunday, I'll be attempting Kirby's Dream Land. The actual schedule can be viewed here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?...ring#gid=3

My runs will be live here: http://www.hitbox.tv/SGSKMarathon1
(The other runs with on the schedule will also be run on channels 2 and 3, same name but different number at the end.)
Hoping this goes well!
Cosmyk, you have no idea how special it feels to have a speedrunner as a member of the VGFacts family.
I actually started speed running (which I still don't do well) due to Vgfacts. I was looking up trivia, and ran across the swim in air glitches in the first Spyro games that are used in speed runs. I figured I'd try it myself.

Very awesome you'll be doing that because it's a great hospital.
So, both of my runs for Speed Gaming for Sick Kids didn't go as planned. My capture card died two minutes before my run of Hot Wheels Turbo Racing started, and I ended up just having to point a webcam at my TV to compensate, but then the internet starting go out, and the whole run was riddled with technical difficulties. But the organizer of the marathon told me my commentary during the run was among the best of the entire marathon was great. At least I had that going for me, right?
With my capture card dead, I did my Kirby run emulated. I did not like the controller I had to use and made some terrible mistake due to controller malfunction, but at least the stream was steady. Somebody has been uploading all of the runs during the marathon to youtube. Here's the Kirby one. Don't try to watch the the Hot Wheels one, the quality is terribly infuriating. But here's the Kirby one.

THAT'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN TELLING YOU. YOU HAVE TALENT IN THE DOMAIN OF TALKING AND VOICE STUFF.

I'll stop shouting now.
Thanks, SERIOUSLY THOUGH. I should go into book reading or voice acting, right?
