Both the songs that can play in the Onnet stage from Super Smash Bros. Melee aren't actually from Earthbound/MOTHER 2 but are actually from it's prequel: MOTHER.

And though Onnet does appear in MOTHER, the stage obviously is more designed after the Earthbound version.

BONUS SSB BRAWL/MOTHER 3 TRIVIA:
When the Mother 3 song "Isn't this such a Utopia?" was remixed and put into Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the localizers gave it the slightly different title: "You call this a utopia?!" Get it? Maybe this will help:
"Isn't this such a utopia?"
"You call this a Utopia?!"
Nice little touch.
