While the item GB Sounds tries to faithfully re-create the tracks of G/S/C, many songs have differences. This is due to the fact that instead of using the original tracks, it's uses a soundfont on a MIDI conversion of the songs in the game.
Also, when porting this game, they fixed the problem with Fuschia and Cerulean City not having their music in Gen II (As they shared their songs with Celadon and Viridian in Gen II, repsectively), but this also means that the GB Sounds uses a completely new Gen II styled remix of the song.
