This may sound a bit weird, but sometimes I make fake videogame box art. It's really helped improve my graphic design and Photoshop skills, and I just enjoy doing it. Sometimes they mimic real box arts, and sometimes they are more simplistic and "artsy" (for lack of a better word).

Here are some samples:

This other is for Metroid Prime. It was made using only concept art of the game for an upcoming competition.

There's always been something about 3DS game cases I like, so that Etrian one is actually really appealing to me.

Next one is for X-Men Vs. Street Fighter. 


This last one is for Taylor Swift's 1989.

This last one is actually a collab I did with a friend of mine. He did the front, while I handled the back, and is for Metal Gear Solid 2.

Based on the game Bloody Roar: Extreme!

Man, it's feels like it's been a while since I've posted here. Sadly, I don't have much new to share.

This one is based on the Dreamcast/Arcade game, Cannon Spike.



This one is based on the Gamecube exclusive game, P.N.03.


This last one is a bit odd, and isn't based on anything that actually exists. It's based a concert DVD released in 2003, My World, taking the form of a CD.

These are really good. I'm definitely harassing you if Nic3 ever gets big enough to start producing physical copies of our games. Haha!

One new one; based on the cRPG Neverwinter Nights!

A new one! Based on the debut album of the band Garbage, also called Garbage.

This first one is based on the second album from Garbage, Version 2.0.



This next one is based on the Japan-only Gamecube game, Homeland.



This third one is a second box based on the Taylor Swift album 1989.



This last one is based on the PS2 rhythm game Rez.
