Squall was probably the most interesting in regards to how a character grows as the story developed. I find everybody else was pretty one dimensional and boring. Don't get me wrong, their stories aren't boring, but there was no feeling of development. Except Tidus, but that laugh... man...
Squall. I even have a gunblade. Haha.

Yeah, Tidus is actually a character full of good story and motive and I like X's story... he's just kinda blah as a design and as a type of person.

I might have liked him better if he was a surfer instead of a Blitzbal player and he said stuff like 'whoaho brahhhhhhhhhh' instead of laughing.

He was pretty much Zell from FF8 with a different haircut.
Zidane is the best in my view. There's nothing more awesome than the monkey tailed double blader thief in a team with Dagger, Vivi, and Amarant.
Cloud, just because.

Honestly, if you had put Warrior of Light in there I would've been facing a tough choice.
