Since it says "as himself" it's safe to assume it's someone's username. These were, according to the page, background characters submitted by backers, after all.

In 2013, ZONE, one of Skullgirls's animators, and a hentai artist, released an april fools joke declaring that her character ZONE-tan was going to be a playable character in the game.

So, Robo Fortune is a new character who talks quite a bit. If anyone feels like going through that, you'll find quite a lot.
