1. You can add a developer and submit trivia about them by going to the front page, clicking "Developers" and then "Add Developer & Submit Trivia". In case you are just posting trivia on a game but the developer is missing, tick the "New" part on the developer list and write the dev's name while submitting your trivia.

For 1, It's just a matter of patience. Slow and steady wins the race.
As for 2, We have a thread for introducing yourself, So threads like these (which is part introduction) aren't needed since we already have a thread for such things.
