I already had this in the queue but this video has much less fluff and commentary.
This video, the one I had originally found, shows how to access it from in-game through Naxxramus. Note, this was in 5.4.2. so it might not be possible now.
In the second video, he actually reaches Stratholme at approximately 9:10. He reaches the portal at 13:00.
