I've just caught wind of this video.
The short version is that lots of companies are abusing the DMCA system that has been in place since the late 1990's. Problem with that is that it's currently a fossil and doesn't handle modern-day issues.
We can make a change for the future. The U.S. Copyright office is taking comments right now but will end, literally, on April 1st.
