Is it wrong that I never noticed that aspect of the Androids Artificial Humans until now?

Not at all. Its a very specific stylistic choice and given the time the show came out, its not all that odd of one.

I noticed something recently about the androids while drawing them for the power rangers pose actually. All of the androids with the exception of Eighter all wear golden hoops.
