This is so odd. The game was set for release May 9th, which was pretty much about to happen when this was announced. Any thoughts on that? I've never seen a game get delayed like that before.

All I know is that I don't like the game after seeing someone stream the game.

I don't think I would either, I mean it's been out for a week for me, and I haven't even touched it, but that is far to interesting to me. Who's ever heard of a game being delayed just hours before it's release. Good thing it was digital only or that would have been really bad.
