After the Deadly Six destroy Cubot's body in one of the cutscens, Orbot says to him "Alas Poor Cubot" in a later cutscene.
This is pretty similar to a scene from Hamlet with the line "Alas Poor Yorick" being said to the skull of Yorick by the Title Character.
