This is a bit of a sad announcement. Actor Peter Sallis(who is mostly known for voicing Wallace from the wallace and gromit shorts) has passed away. 

R.I.P

I never heard of him, but he seems like a nice dude.

Sad day, indeed. Loved Wallace and Gromit.
