In the E3 2010 Trailer, Pauline's voice sounds like it does in the previous Mario vs Donkey Kong Games.
Not sure who voices Pauline, but the one that does give her that sort of unique voice with a larger speaking role says more than just "help" in the Final Game of Mini-Land Mayhem.
