It seems like some of the Kingdoms might've been visited by Mario in the past:
*Cascade Kingdom could be part of Dinosaur Land.
*Sand Kingdom could be part of Sarasaland.
*Metro Kingdom could be part of where Mario's Super Mini Mario World Theme Parks took place.
*That's all I can think of right now, Seaside Kingdom I don't think is set anywhere near Isle Delfino.
As we know, Mario's home planet has had various places that Mario, Yoshi, DK, Wario and Captain Toad have been to over the years, even outside the Vast Mushroom Kingdom.
