This is the Tin Shell that the Tank Class uses.

It appears to bare a resemblance to the Banzai Bill from the Mario Franchise.

Turns out this needs more then images, so I'll add this as well, which is a video showing off all the weapons for all the job classes in Miitopia (I tagged it at 8:30 which is where the Tank weapons are shown off at):

Turns out this weapon is not based off the banzai bill after all, but rather both of them are based off the shark face seen on planes during WWII. Interesting it was to have that pointed out.
