You might notice in the E3 Trailer that the HP Metre in Dodgeball looks different from what it does in the final game.

I honestly don't feel that random elements that didn't make it out of development are trivia worthy. For it to be notable, in my opinion at least, it would need to be a major planned feature or something like a story-important character that was cut.

An extremely minor change to the HUD didn't seem notable enough for me to approve but it might have been to someone else. The approval process is definitely a bit subjective and standards can vary from person to person.
