Jigglypuff and Dr. Mario both have their trophies placed in the wrong spot in the “Fighters” section when sorting them in the “By Category” option in the Trophy Gallery.
Dr. Mario may have been placed alongside Lucina and Dark Pit to emphasize the main clones of the game in a similar form to the title screen (3DS version only) and the roster.
Another instance is with PAC-MAN, Mega Man, and Sonic as they are the third-party characters in the retail version of the game. Ironically, Sonic's trophies are completely separated from PAC-Man, and Mega Man's, likely to show the order of which character was first introduced in the Super Smash Bros. series.
