I just created a Custom Overlay for 4:3 Gameplay only.
This Custom Overlay has a 4:3 Screen, Webcam, and Chat Box.
All you need is GIMP or any Image Editor that supports XCF File. Then you can add any background image you want. Then save as a image.
The image will be 3840x2160 (4K). If you're running in lower resolution. Just shrink it down on OBS or any Streaming Software you're using.
