There's still that massive publishing wall, patch/update cost gouging, and slotting/release schedule system that's deterred indie developers by the hundreds these last 6 months... so yeah, kinda. Even though they've got EA, Ubi & Activision still and their in-house stuff, and the lovely Titan Falls... it's gonna be a bit dodgy when it comes to the sub-$60, digital-only game market compared to more open and flexible DD platforms like Steam & PSN.

To some people that doesn't matter, to others it's a big deal. I need indies and 1st dibs.

Lol. Even With all of that in light, they still failed on presenting the console. He seemed like a complete dick about the console, saying that if you didn't like the online, buy a 360, and then completely went back on his word and said "Okay, no forced internet connection on the Xbox One! yaaaaay..."

But now the only differences between the 2 consoles are that one costs less and that one had a bunch of crap happen to it that made a lot of people turn away.

Unfortunately it means the removal of a (potentially)great service.
