Anyone who played Disgaea 3 who can confirm?

It also seems that the Black-Eyes Blue Prinny is a pun on both the Red Eyes Black Dragon and the Blue Eyes White Dragon.

His name is a mash up of Seto Kaiba and Yu-Gi-Oh! so I'd say Blue-Eyes, seeing as Black Eyes and Blue actually describe the Prinny.

You just need to see the introduction picture and the burstinatrix in the actual duel. They're different versions.
I noticed this back in the day and just remembered it.
If you look at the picture shown for "The Elemental Hero" duel puzzle in World Championship 2006, it has the uncensored OCG artwork.

This is the tcg artwork: [Image: 331px-ElementalHEROBurstinatrix-DP1-EN-C-1E.jpg]
Its kind of pixelated but you can tell because the international version has her in a complete red body suit while the OCG artwork has a flame design that makes it incomplete.

Konami really likes its Gradius monsters.

Castlevania reference?
Its name is a portmanteau or Alucard and Dracula. It kind of looks like that Kid Dracula game character too, and it stays his father is Dracula.
