Just thought I'd post something my brother told me recently...I thought what he said was so true that I just had to share.

He said summing up the themes for Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9 can be done in one word for each of them. Final Fantasy 7 is all about life, Final Fantasy 8 is all about love, and Final Fantasy 9 is all about death. So you can say those three games are about life, love and death....

If you've played these games then these will definitely make sense to you

There's also a theme of kids with big swords and guns summoning demons.

I'd say 9 has a lot about love. Tragedy just brings you closer to it.

This made me really wanna get FFIX.

Oh god, I thought the title said FIFA 8 and 9. I really need to stop getting on the forums as soon as I wake up.

By that logic, X is about spirituality and XIII is about God(s) and XIII-2 is about Dr. Who.
