pug-zoy. People always make jokes about pugs and soy so I think they read it as pug-soy, but I guess that's natural considering the spelling. But yeah, the S is pronounced as a Z, like in "James".

Contrary to popular belief, it's not pronounced like xylophone.

I really don't know. All my life, I've pronouced it 'jum-ee' (Jum pronounced with an 'um' sound) but my friends, all of them individually actually, pronouce it 'jew-mee'. Since they all pronounce it that way I figured that's probably how you really say it. But you're free to pronounce it anyway you think is right as I haven't a real clue.

The rest is just 'of' and 'diamonds'.
