How would I fix my signature so that it's centred? It says HTML is off for the signature, so I suppose I'm asking more for how to enable that. Thank you!

Put {align=center}{/align} around it (with square brackets)

[align=center][*/align]

Just remove the asterisk and you'll be good to go!
