In the short film Capolavoro that you can watch in some of the movie theaters in GTAV, you can see the Heart of Liberty easter egg from GTAIV, in addition to some random clips from GTAIV and Red Dead Redemption.

Below you can see a picture of it and the movie itself. The heart is shown multiple times in it.

I second that. Especially since the heart of The Statue of Happiness is one of the most well know easter eggs in GTA. Next to the easter egg on top of the Ganton Bridge in San Andreas. I think this is a cool find.
