Ah, but it's not a sentient sword, it's a sentient pair of swords. RE: Pokemon Thread! - Mass Distraction - 09-28-2013 I just realized that since I don't know even half of the pokemans that have surfaced since Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald I'll be in for a lot more new creatures in Y than ever before. But the first form is just one sword, is what I meant. Yes we have cool looking pokemon but we also have some dumb looking pokemon as well. I've heard some people say "Why do people hate Garbodor but love Muk? It must be nostalgia." The real reason is that Muk is stupid and simple in design but Garbodor looks like a copy of Muk but with trash instead of sludge. You can say the same thing about Gothitelle and it's evolutions. A small pokemon that grows into a "sexy" (YMMV) human pokemon. It sounds like Ralts evolving into Gardevoir (among other pokemon), just without the thing that makes me like it (I'm not sure what it is). How about Voltorb? I've hear people say that it is unimaginative because it's a pokeball. Well what makes (in order) Exeggcute Seedot, Vanillite, Foongus, Klink, Litwick, Cryogonal, and the new Honedge any different? They are all dumb designs (except maybe the sword, still not sure what I think about it).Yeah. That's what people say. "151 is the best ever" yeah sure dude/dudette. Sure, sure they are. Every game goes through the same process with the same Pokemon. I was actually trying to make a joke about people who are going to defend gen 1 with magneton being a thing. Those are even worse actually now that I think about it. RE: Pokemon Thread! - JiraiyaSennin - 09-29-2013 Lets not forget about Doduo and Dodrio. You wish you were as suave as this home wrecker. RE: Pokemon Thread! - Arjahn - 09-30-2013 Exeggutor is actually pretty damn useful with harvester and a sitrus berry, you get a 50% chance to re-use the sitrus berry every turn. Fun stuff. Translation: I still love you buddy, get over here. RE: Pokemon Thread! - CosmykTheDolfyn - 09-30-2013 RE: Pokemon Thread! - CosmykTheDolfyn - 09-30-2013 I always did wonder how that worked...
