Every couple of Windows releases, one is a total flop. Maybe 9 was set to be the flop and they're trying to bypass it.

Window shave often done this before. for example they started at OS3 then went ot Windows 95, then to XP then to Vista but then back to numbers with 8? Dunno.

Microsoft had one insignificant job(name branding) and couldn't accomplish it, makes you wonder how those employee(s) got their job(name branding) in the first place...

I'm not too much a fan of the user info layout but apart from that, I think its nicer.

We actually tried to save your stars but unfortunately, they seem to have completely removed the ability to use HTML in titles, even with the direct edits I was making before.
As for layout, it defaults to the modern (user info on top) view because it works better with this smaller fixed width but you can switch to the other layout in your User CP. Just click Edit Options and check the classic display mode box under Thread View Options (it should be the first option there).

No. Guests are stuck with whatever is set as the default until login.
Also, I just happened to randomly check here but if you have questions pertaining to the upgrade, you might be better off posting them in the main thread. I'm not saying you can't post them here but they may be missed given how this thread works.

Man, feel kinda bad.
Accidentally stapled my friends hand and he got pissed that he punched me in the face and didn't talk to me for the rest of the lesson.
I apologized about 20 times but he didn't want to hear it.
If you're wondering how you accidentally staple ones hand, it's when you think it's empty and you use it on his hand.
Probably best to just sit away from him for the rest of the month or year.
