Perhaps. It seems to be some kind of glitch. I'm not sure if the elevator is supposed to fall and the scientist die anyways, but that looked completely unintentional for the game.

While we are at it, here are my suggestions for GTA VI:
1. Parkour, it would help to expand the player's platform hopping repertoire.
2. Ridiculous/unrealistic amount of ammo. Just cause.....
3. Instead of having the ability to become a cop (as whatever said on #2), why not have the protagonist BE a (corrupt) cop? Just think of the possibilities withim the storyline.
4. If you don't press anything when entering a car you can put a seatbelt, which would reduce the chances of being ejected from the windshield and the damage from impacts. You know, kinda like putting a helmet on for motorbikes.
