As long as you talk to everyone and search every corner in the areas he's at (which should be done at all points in any JRPG) he isn't hard to get.

Yeah, but its easy to miss one part or another. You can outright skip one of the places his bones are at by not going with Glenn if I remember correctly. I always liked Razzly more anyway.

That's what new game + is for though. You have to play the game through at least 3 times to get all the characters anyways.

I will admit that I didn't make it clear, but I have played CC through enough times to get all the characters, two and a half times, meaning I've played it literally nearly 8 times from start to finish.

So uh, FFX in HD looks amazing. There were always parts that were hard to see through because of the graphics in the early bits of the game and they've been polished so that it all looks really crisp. It's quite nice to look at now.

I won't lie, I actually don't. Playing on iOS is a pain anyways.
