Next up, techies. What do I mean by techies? Someone who actively relies on technology more advanced than what everyone else has. (Think Ezio, WoW goblins and gnomes, etc.)
I'll go with the Brotherhood of Steel since their tech doesn't really change. (ironic considering the category)
