Not 100% sure but I believe it's Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean for the Gamecube.

It's Baten Kaitos Origins, and they're fighting a Beast Afterling.
Since I recently played through (yesterday :#) this game, I'm 97.99999999% sure I'm right. Whoever posts next can have my turn. I wanna do more guessing.
