The video description says: Pail Baskerville explains... Still no progress. They searched archives and palylists at NDR, which is the state funded broadcast station he's working for. He explains once more what is clear from the sound of the song anyway: Most probably it was a cassette demo from an unknown band that got played in the show because of hinting to a gig that night or so. Due to the fact that as a demo it wasn't registered with GEMA (the german rights association) it didn't get on the playlist archive to be sent in for monetarization. That's the reason why no records exist. The tape probably got thrown away after playing it. End of story...so far.
