I guess that's the only way I can get Skullgirls, but $60 for it is ridiculous. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Psychospacecow - 06-30-2014 If you've got a decent computer, Skullgirls is also on Steam. http://store.steampowered.com/app/245170/ Currently $7.49 and goes for $15 normally which means you could get a PC controller like this: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-940-000110-Gamepad-F310/dp/B003VAHYQY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1404115842&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+controller and still save money. The controller is still $17.49, the $7.50 it shows is just how much you save from the actual price. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Wastelander - 06-30-2014 Kind of miffed that Hearthstone is just another buy to win game. I had a lot of fun with it at first, but it's become blatantly obvious that I don't stand a snowball's chance in hell against any, random "worthy opponent" ... RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Mass Distraction - 06-30-2014 Do you ever get the need to reply to people's Facebook updates with sarcastic remarks? I get this feeling all the time and have to struggle not to go through with it. People would hate me forever and I ain't exactly the most popular person to begin with. I wonder why. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - retrolinkx - 06-30-2014 It's because you want to be funny and sarcastic on the internet since if the joke fails, no one will noticed, but if you're the one who specifically comments on something trying to make a joke, and it fails people will see you the next day and know you fucked up. Trust me, I always have to stop myself from making jokes on pictures and statuses because if it doesn't make sense of fails it'll just look awkward and cringe worthy. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Mass Distraction - 06-30-2014 I'm not afraid of looking like an idiot, I do that enough in real life. Look like an idiot, I mean. My main concern is that the more sarcastic and/or witty I'm being the more rude I will seem. People would think I'm a total dick. Which I am. But this is not something I want to show to everyone. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - retrolinkx - 06-30-2014 Oh yeah, that too. I had to contain myself even for this site, and I still feel I come off as a dick to everyone. I wanted to play just enough to get the Hearthsteed mount for WoW, but I couldn't even get that far. :/ RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Psychospacecow - 06-30-2014 (06-30-2014, 03:42 AM)Mass Distraction Wrote:(06-30-2014, 03:12 AM)Psychospacecow Wrote: Currently $7.49 and goes for $15 normally which means you could get a PC controller like this: Was referring to the steam link actually. I was saying that it'd still be cheaper than paying the 60 for it online via x-box. I really like Hearthstone. Got to rank 20 and I haven't spent anything. I'm not the best at the game, but its pretty fun. Losing every match can be a bit of a turn off, no? xD RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Beware of Cuccos - 06-30-2014 I suck at all card games, even ones interactive cartoony ones. RE: The Chit Chat Thread: 2 (Electric Boogaloo?) - Psychospacecow - 06-30-2014 Eh, if you want, I can help you out. I play the game every other day and am currently building up. I haven't spent a cent, but I love Hearthstone, and I really love the arena mode. |
