Just dropping in to say hey, I'm alive.
I upgraded to Windows 10. It's certainly a improvement for the computer i'm using, although to the downside they're no sound and i can't watch youtube :c
other than that it's fine.

I made my sound work. Heads up if you're using Conexant Audio Drivers and planning on upgrading to Windows 10:
Run msconfig.exe and going to Boot>Advanced Options>Maximum Memory = 3072

When I first started yeah, I can only assume the drivers got destroyed and I had to tone down the memory to make the sound work, lol.

I haven't had time to research Windows 10. I have no idea if I should upgrade. Isn't it free?
It's 100 degrees here BEFORE the humidity. The weatherman on tv literally just said "If you're in Texas, fly THAT way" and pointed to the east coast.
It's going to be 103 by Monday. It hasn't been that hot here since 2011, the news just said.

Free for certain operating systems. And even then there's a slew of things that has to be done so that things don't screw you over.
Personally I'd want a free OEM win10 disk if I upgrade.
ADDED: Oh, and some games that used to work on your old OS won't work on Win10
