privacy in gaming. - CosmykTheDolfyn - 12-10-2013 So, apparently, the NSA and British spies have been tracking players in online games, especially World of Warcraft, claiming that players often use such services to plan illegal operations, exchange money and so forth under a conveniently false identity. Does this surprise anyone at all? It doesn't shock me in the last, personally, even as unethical and annoying as it is. Oh well. And, I do believe this is my 1,000th post. Yippie. RE: privacy in gaming. - Mass Distraction - 12-10-2013 I think the governments of the world could spend their money better. No wonder everything's going down the shitter when all your billion dollar trained spies are playing WoW. RE: privacy in gaming. - Psychospacecow - 12-10-2013 Shocking, no. Disappointing, yes. RE: privacy in gaming. - SERIOUSLY THOUGH - 12-11-2013 I honestly don't care. I have nothing to hide, so by all means, spend hours following my gaming online. If they catch criminals doing deals and plotting on online games, then good. The idea of a room of NSA agents playing Club Penguin makes me chuckle.
