But even then, that timelord would only exist in what would be the present at that exact moment. You can't live both in the present and the past/future at the same time unless you're like multidimensional or something.

Then again, we all live in the future of our pasts. Technically it all checks out. Scary, isn't it?

Shh, you're ruining it. Also, present is but a fleeting nanosecond, maybe even shorter. By the time I have written this message there have been multiple "presents" and even the "shh" part of it is now the past. You reading this is the future. Time is crazy.
