Fun timewasters - retrolinkx - 05-03-2014

You guys must know some fun time wasters to play while you're on the john or going to work or something, bonus points for a game that isn't a casual app on a phone.

I don't play that many handheld games anymore, I don't know why but I can't be bothered, but whenever I'm bored or on the john I play Yu-gi-oh: Stairway to the destined duel. It's probably the best Yugioh game on GBA, and possibly the best YuGiOh game out there.

It's set after the retarded rules of Duelist Kingdom and before the retarded rules of Yugioh 5D's. You can play anyone who was introduced into the series so far, including Mokuba.

Download it on your phone or something, play it whenever you're bored, it's a quick, simple game of Yugioh and it's easy to pick up and play.

Share some of your decent timewasters.

Parashoot Stan. My favorite little time killer.

Hey Retrolinkx, if you've got an xbox 360 (or PS3 I think), check out Millennium Duels on the arcade. Its got set decks for each character and is divided into generations so you won't duel Yugi with XYZ, etc. (though personally I like the new way the game is played)
Also, to add to the discussion, basically all the Pokemons, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance is good if you can focus on it, and whatever you do, don't play and drive.

^

I'll have to check that out, thanks.

I finished the other Yugioh arcade game, the 5D's one, it was fun.

I wasted a lot of time on Skate It for the Wii. Sure, it's not as good as the main line Skate games, but some of the physics bugs are even worse in it. Have fun riding up 90 degree walls, kids!

I used to play a lot of Spelunky (the free original one) when I was bored. I should propably move that back to my desktop for a few quick games.

Pretty much any fighting game with friends. Do a first to 100 and that's 5 hours gone.
Obvious answer: Minecraft.
Tony Hawks: Doing those combos.
Any MMORPG that's good.
Hearthstone.
GTA (with friends). Skydiving and killing other people.

A really good time waster is every civilization ever. You start a game at 3 A.M., you end a game at 4 A.M. 49 hours later.
