In the Nintendo arcade game, Arm Wrestling, one of your opponents is a person known as Mask X. Upon defeating him, you rip off his mask, revealing him to be Bald Bull from Punch-Out.

This is referenced in Punch-Out on Wii, as one of Doc Louis' between round quotes while fighting Bald Bull can be "Hey, Mac baby! If you can't beat Bald Bull in a fight, how about an arm wrestle?"
