Check this out:
That was a part of a promo clip for Luigi's Mansion shown at Spaceworld 2001 to show off the Gamecube's power. But where's the rest of it, you say? That's the problem. Iv'e searched high and low across the internet for the full promo but have only found the 8 second clip above. If anyone has the full vid or has any idea how to find it, please tell me. You will have my eternal gratitude.

But notice in the Luigi Mansion clip I posted lacks the promo reel music and has actual music and sound effects made for it.
And also Iv'e heard from multiple sources that it is part of a bigger Luigi's Mansion promo vid.
