I noticed a member, specifically Ryan, had green arrows in his user title ("The Rep King"). I had no idea this was possible. can you really just paste links to tiny images between IMG tags in your user title and they will appear as images instead of just code?

I think the current system shouldn't be meddled with too much. Let's first make sure that everything works before adding bells and whistles.
