The one that's not an Extended Piece, which doesn't seem right to use.

Just the intro of battlefield is the same, but yeah...It's clearly there I agree. There at least a one note difference though. Wario's ends lower after the first set of notes but battlefield cracks high at the end of both. ..if that makes any sense. (sorry I didn't take music in school)
