Arkham Origins references Assault on Arkham - Boyobmas - 08-27-2014

Batman: Arkham Origins has an end-credits sequence that's pretty confusing. (or at least it was at the time.)
Here it is below: (No spoilers of the game it self.)

It features Deathstroke being recruited for the Suicide Squad
For those who don't know, The Suicide Squad (or Task Force X) is a "Off The Grid" government team from the DC Universe which is made up of villians.
Some fans speculated that this was implying that WB Montreal was developing a Suicide Squad game. But then little over a year later Batman: Assault on Arkham came out.

AoA takes place in the same universe as the Arkham games (between Origins and Asylum) and does feature the Suicide Squad. (But strangely, not Deathstroke.) So it makes sense that the game would reference it.
