Anyone know how education discounts work on amazon? - Psychospacecow - 09-05-2014 I was informed by my dual credit gov't teacher that we can get discounts on amazon using our college e-mail. I just realized that I forgot to ask how. I believe Photoshop CS6 is among the discounted items is why I ask. RE: Anyone know how education discounts work on amazon? - Petie - 09-05-2014 Amazon offers a student version of their Prime service at 50% off. For stuff like Photoshop, you just grab the student edition which is discounted by default. I don't think it even requires a school email to activate. RE: Anyone know how education discounts work on amazon? - Psychospacecow - 09-05-2014 So, I looked into it. Apparently, they no longer sell the CS6 package and people who want the product are required to pay a subscription. Maybe I can find something that'd turn GIMP into an equivalent... I'm gonna try turning GIMP into Photoshop. Will update with results. no dice.
