I need to ask you to stop. That...shouting...is making people nervous.

I was twelve and kingchris was taken, so genius me decided "Hey let's just turn that k into a c!" and here I am today.

RE: So, how did you come up with your Username? - gsninja - 04-10-2013

I created my name shortly after the first Golden Sun came out. I was originally gonna call it gslord because the Lord class was my favorite in the game at first. After a few months, though, I started having an obsession with ninjas; that, coupled with discovering that GS had a Ninja class of its own, prompted me to switch over to gsninja.

What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - ZpaceJ0ck0 - 10-14-2016

My username was originally 'star platinum', which is Jotaro Kujo's Stand (think of it as a spirit animal) from the manga/anime series "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure".

After waiting 3 months for my submissions to be accepted, I decided to start posting in the forums while waiting on my trivia to be accepted; this is when I decided to change my username. Around that time I watched the movie "Prometheus" and I liked the concept behind the Engineers/Space Jockeys, so I just started to use it.

Sometime after, I decided to distance myself a little from my namesake, so I changed my name to Zpace Jockey (with a Z instead of a S) and later to ZpaceJ0ck0.

It's named after my WordPress site, which you can find here.

I just thought up of it, since the main focus of it is on old games. It's also a combination of "retro" and "utopia".

I literally only go by this name because its funny hearing people say it.

RE: What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - Kakariko Kid - 10-14-2016

My username was originally eatona, my last name and first letter of my middle name.

After I submitted my first trivia (and the only one I planned on submitting), I started posting in the forums while waiting on my trivia to be accepted; I decided to change my username.

I'm a Zelda fan and thought of two names - Kakariko Kid and something else Zelda related, maybe Kokiri Kid. I also thought of Mr. Boom Bass Stick (a play on words of Mr. Bombastic by Shaggy). I let Beware of Cuccos choose.

RE: What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - retrolinkx - 10-15-2016

Well, I use three overall so I'll discuss each of them.

retrolinkx, most likely came from masterlinkx, a youtuber who I found HILARIOUS at the age of 11, and honestly thought that name was somewhat cool. I enjoyed link, and considered myself retro to some regard. The entire reason the x is there is because someone was called retrolink for some reason.

Stusbu was a handle I used on Steam for a while, and for some throwaway accounts on other forums I don't particularly care for. This one is quite interesting as it came from what I perceived from a captcha system, it looked like "Stusbu" and I thought it sounded kinda cool and took it as my name.

Lastly, there's Not Alexander which is what I currently use for Steam. It came from God Hand.

Man, since I'm so attached to retrolinkx I'll probably use it well into my life.

RE: What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - Petie - 10-15-2016

It's more or less my actual name. At least, it's what my parents and oldest friends have called me since I was born (after my grandfather who I was named after and who also went by the same nickname). Now, there are many more who use it given that I go by Petie online everywhere but that's how it got started.

RE: What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - Colossus - 10-15-2016

I received the name Colossus my first day in college when I attended NCU. I was a scrawny tall guy.
Later I used the name for urban exploring and just stuck with it ever since.

RE: What's the origin/meaning behind your username? - CLXcool - 10-16-2016

The CLX part of my username came from a fantasy project that I was developing with a friend of mine for a fantasy themed video game, we ended up scrapping the game since we found out that someone made a show with a similar premise to what we both talked about. The cool part just came from the fact that it was a nice chill(cool) day out.
